Its been a good fall week and finally here in Austin we are having a fall kind of day. This week I have gotten a few more freebies as usual on top of my coffee and coffee mug. So to add to my collection a free tshirt...a Kashi bar with coupon and a shopping bag. I also got some recipes from Kraft. Sometimes you don't even sign up for things and they just come in....However I like to give things to others who need it for instance we don't have a cat but free cat food would be great at the shelter!

Well they tasted good any way in my new mug o free coffee:) So I made up a batch of home made Banana cherry nut mini muffins w/splenda! Yummo!!!!

Ok maybe you cant literally take a ball point pen on the nearest space craft (you may in fact poke your eye out lol) but you can take all the credit for it! I am thinking this is a nifty things for the kiddos as you can even print them a certificate that says in 2011 there name will be on Mars! And its all for free...great for a science week theme!

Recipe:

1 scoop of vanilla protien

1 cup of Dannon light n fit strawberry yogurt

1/4 c strawberries

1/4 c mango

1/2 cup ff lactose free milk

about 10 ice cubes

I also add a 2teas of sweetner (splenda) to mine but you can omit that

Blend away and you got a super yummy protien packed breakfast!

Well I'm a real first class girl! Yes I am and I just got my first tubby today! And I Loved it! I love long walks and being pampered! Who wouldn't love a girl like me! And I love attention and Love to give many, many kisses! Well heck Im just full of LOVE!

Marie Callendars review.....

So I was kind of bummed when read the small print in my by one entree get one half off coupon that it wasn't valid on kids eat free nights! That's what life is about reading the small print isn't it? So yeah no loop hole there but you can buy one entree and split it and get a kids free! But we did get two entrees, one was and individual shepherds pie the other an individual chicken pot pie. They were only 8.99 and came with a little Cesar salad and pie for dessert! And yes they have NSA pie. (apple,or razzleberry) Only two flavors though out of there thirty flavors.... man couldn't they of had just one more flavor?
The chicken pie was like to die for! A super flaky crust with chunks of chicken a few bite size veggies and a super silky creamy gravy that i am sure the added ingredients were like 1/2 tablespoon of heart attack so yeah it was a cheat! It could have used more veggies believe it or not I do like them, or maybe I was pushing for it to be healthier lol. Now that Shepard's pie was good however being a New England gal it was out of the norm for me. Now Moms Shepard's pie was like ground hamburg layered with corn and mashed potatoes. Marie's Shepard's pie was chunks of tender beef with carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and mashed potatoes with cheese all in a burgundy wine sauce. Definitely for an aged palate wouldn't suggest for the kiddos! The kids portion was huge and yummy! Our daughter ordered a gobble gobble dinner and it came with turkey, stuffing, potatoes, broccoli, carrots and fresh cranberry sauce that came with a generous portion. (kids eat free on Tuesday, and Saturday) All came with dessert but we were stuffed and took it home! Over all great food, great portions and selections and great price! However drinks were a bit stiff at 2.39 each and the kids did not come with one, but hey we got pie!
